Refund Policy


If you receive an item that is damaged, or is below your expectations for quality, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. 

If your item is damaged, we ask that you send us an email with your order number and a picture (or video, if it is an electronic) of the damage to support@pbandapplejelly.com. Once we receive that, we will immediately have a new item sent out to your original mailing address at no cost to you. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the replacement to reach you. 

If your item is in new condition, but just isn't for you, you may return it as long as it is in unused condition. 

*At our discretion, we may sometimes allow refunds for items that have been used. This is not guaranteed. 

Shipping

To return your product, please mail it, along with your order number, to:

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

*Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund within 3-5 business days of it being sent, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@pbandapplejelly.com.
